Position Overview
Bond Health is currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a growing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) program in the Baltimore, Maryland area.

Services are provided primarily in a center-based and preschool setting during regular school hours, offering a predictable schedule and an outstanding work-life balance.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs).
- Develop, implement, and update individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
- Provide clinical oversight of ABA treatment programs.
- Supervise, mentor, and support Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and ABA Technicians.
- Analyze client progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
- Provide direct behavioral services when appropriate.
- Deliver parent and caregiver training to promote skill development across environments.
- Collaborate with psychologists, physicians, educators, and other healthcare professionals.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation while ensuring compliance with ethical, regulatory, and payer requirements.
Qualifications
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
- Active Maryland Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) license required.
- Strong clinical decision-making, organizational, and communication skills.
- Passion for providing compassionate, evidence-based, child-centered care.
- Experience working with children in an ABA setting preferred.
