About the Role:
Little Scholars Services is looking for a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team in Tustin, CA. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children and families by delivering high-quality ABA therapy and clinical oversight. Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments, including FBAs and skills assessments, for clients
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized ABA treatment plans and behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
  • Provide direct supervision and ongoing training to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and BT staff
  • Track client progress through data analysis and adjust treatment goals as needed
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care
  • Conduct parent training sessions to support generalization of skills across home and community settings
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with BACB ethics and funding source requirements
Requirements:
  • Current BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field
  • Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and related developmental disabilities
  • Proficiency in conducting VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS, or similar assessments
  • Strong leadership, communication, and mentorship skills
  • Experience with insurance-funded ABA services preferred
  • Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
