    E.O. Smith High School is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide direct behavioral and instructional support to students with disabilities who demonstrate behavioral, social-emotional, communication, and/or adaptive needs.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • High school diploma or equivalent required; associates or bachelors degree in education, psychology, behavior analysis, special education, human services, or a related field preferred.
    • Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician or have the ability to obtain and maintain certification
    • Possess the ability to relate to children with special needs.
    • Possess qualities and personal characteristics necessary to work effectively with all stakeholders.
