We're seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Westport, CT. This is an opportunity to practice in a supportive, clinic-based environment with manageable caseloads, reasonable productivity expectations, and opportunities for long-term professional growth.

Position: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Location: Westport, CT
Compensation: $85,000–$110,000 base salary, plus up to $12,000 in annual bonuses
Schedule: Full-time, approximately 40 hours per week, primarily on-site
Billable Expectation: 24 hours per week
Caseload: Approximately 7–9 clients
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
Oversee a manageable caseload of children receiving ABA services.
Provide direct clinical supervision, training, and mentorship to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
Monitor client progress, analyze clinical data, and adjust treatment plans to support meaningful outcomes.
Collaborate with families and caregivers through parent training and ongoing communication.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure adherence to professional, ethical, and regulatory standards.
Partner with clinical leadership to maintain a positive, collaborative, and quality-focused treatment environment.
Qualifications:
Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
Connecticut behavior analyst licensure or eligibility to obtain required licensure.
Experience developing and overseeing individualized ABA treatment programs.
Strong clinical supervision, communication, and caregiver collaboration skills.
Commitment to ethical, evidence-based, client-centered care.
Ability to work primarily on-site in Westport, CT.
