Navra Education is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a school-based team in Brookeville, Maryland for the 2026–2027 school year. Position Details

Responsibilities
• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
• Develop and oversee Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Analyze behavioral data and provide recommendations for student success
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, related service providers, and families
• Provide staff training and coaching on behavior strategies and interventions
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
• Monitor student progress and adjust intervention plans as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance records

Qualifications
• Active BCBA Certification
• Maryland Licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure
• School-based experience preferred
• Strong communication, consultation, and collaboration skills
• Knowledge of evidence-based behavioral interventions and data collection practices
