What You'll Do
Oversee a small, manageable caseload during after-school hours
Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
Supervise and support RBTs in a collaborative, hands-on setting
Monitor client progress and adjust programming as needed
Partner with families and your clinical team to support meaningful outcomes
What You Bring
Active BCBA certification
Experience working with children with autism preferred
