Germantown, MD | Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM | Full-Time (40 hours/week)
Starting Salary: $110,000 - $120,000 + Growth-Based Increases

Your Impact
Clinical Leadership

Maintain a small caseload (~15 billable hours/week)

Conduct assessments and guide individualized treatment plans

Mentor and support RBTs, helping them grow and succeed

Ensure high-quality, ethical, and effective clinical care
Team & Operations

Lead the day-to-day rhythm of the clinic

Support your team with scheduling, coverage, and problem-solving

Foster a positive, organized, and efficient clinic environment

Partner with admin staff to keep everything running smoothly
Family Connection

Build strong, trusting relationships with families

Provide parent training and ongoing support

Help ensure every family feels heard, supported, and confident in their child's progress
Growth & Community

Help grow the clinic thoughtfully from 3 to 20+ clients

Build relationships with pediatricians, referral partners, and community organizations

Represent the clinic at local events and conferences

Support intake and help welcome new families into services
What You Bring

Active BCBA certification
-
Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field

Experience supervising RBTs and managing clinical programs

Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills

A passion for growth—both for your team and the families you serve
