Position Overview

Our organization specializes in evidence-based behavioral therapies aimed at assisting children with autism spectrum disorders. Our goal is to enhance the independence and quality of life for our clients and their families.

The Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) plays a crucial role in providing clinical expertise, leadership, and guidance to ensure the success of each assigned client case.

In this role, you will:

  • Ensure that client families receive consistent, high-quality clinical services, leading to meaningful progress and satisfaction with our offerings.
  • Deliver direct services, including Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs), oversee assigned client cases, and consult on cases managed by other Clinical Supervisors (BCBA).
  • Support the professional development of your clinical team, providing oversight, feedback, and mentorship to foster the growth of Program Managers and Interventionists.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a minimum of 5 billable hours per workday (25 hours per week, totaling 110 hours monthly).
  • Supervise the Program Manager team to ensure they achieve a minimum of 28 billable hours weekly (120 hours monthly).
  • Provide high-quality clinical supervision in line with BACB standards to ensure treatment integrity and quality assurance across various clients and settings.
  • Conduct developmental skills assessments (e.g., ABLLS-R, AFLS, VB-MAPP) to create and evaluate individualized treatment plans.
  • Oversee and document the progress of RBTs, BCaBAs, and BCBA candidates according to BACB standards.
  • Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments and Functional Analyses to develop function-based treatment strategies.
  • Offer constructive feedback and performance assessments to clinical team members, including Behavior Interventionists and Program Supervisors/Managers.
  • Provide training to teachers, technicians, parents, and others using Behavior Skills Training (BST), which includes discussion, modeling, practice, and feedback.
  • Participate in Individualized Education Plan (IEP) meetings and interdisciplinary team discussions, presenting proposed goals and behavioral interventions as appropriate.
  • Collaborate with school staff by observing students, providing written programming recommendations, and offering ongoing support as authorized.

  • Team-oriented mindset with a focus on customer service, supporting both client families and coworkers
  • Ability to provide and accept constructive feedback
  • Bilingual abilities are a plus, with Spanish preferred
