Job description: 

Our BCBA owned and operated clinic is seeking a Board-Certified  Behavior Analyst who values ethical, compassionate ABA and is looking for a role that prioritizes training and development, quality care, collaboration, and work–life balance. This is a hybrid clinic-based position with consistent 9:00 AM–3:00 PM hours and the ability to work from home 1 day per week. 

The Clinical Training Manager will be responsible for overseeing the training and development of clinical staff, including behavior technicians, RBTs (Registered Behavior Technicians), and other therapy personnel. The role will focus on providing ongoing education, guidance, and mentorship to ensure that staff are equipped with the skills and knowledge necessary to deliver high-quality ABA therapy in line with best practices and clinic standards. The Clinical Training Manager will collaborate regularly and directly with the Director of Clinical Training and other leadership team members to ensure clinical excellence and continuous professional growth within the clinic.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and Deliver training programs for new and existing staff, ensuring continued professional development and fostering a positive workplace culture
  • Oversee and Supervise Lead RBT and Fieldwork Trainee development and delivery of monthly RBT PDU events
  • Collaborate with Clinical Directors on monthly RBT PDU event topics
  • Continue ongoing development of CAP Fieldwork Supervision Program, in collaboration with the Director of Clinical Training and other upper management staff
  • Prepare for and host bi-weekly group supervision sessions with CAP Fieldwork Trainees
  • Conduct temporary, weekly Fieldwork Trainee “Foundations” trainings for newly established Fieldwork Trainees 
  • Verify Fieldwork Trainee trackers (Ripley, etc.) are consistent with supervision session notes in Passage Health
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations, and provide feedback, support, and coaching to RBT team members
  • Collaborate with management for onboarding material/trainings 
  • Assist with remediation trainings and procedures (a series of targeted mini-trainings that target specific goals for staff)
  • Develop BST materials for Supervisors
  • Implement tiered RBT coaching support plans as needed
  • Develop parent/ caregiver training materials as needed
  • Monitor and follow up with training tasks assigned to staff as needed
