• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients.
• Implement behavior intervention strategies and monitor client progress.

• Document client progress and maintain accurate records.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to ongoing training.
• Stay updated on best practices and research in the field of behavior analysis.

Requirements:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Knowledge of behavior analysis principles and techniques.
