We are seeking an LBAs/BCBA who want a growth position with opportunities to become a Director for a Clinic.


Job Description


  • Provide clinical direction, parent training, and supervision of RBTs/BTs for a caseload of clients receiving services.
  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Complete functional assessments and design, implement, and monitor behavior intervention plans aimed at reducing and eliminating challenging behaviors.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary professionals to support continuity and quality of care.
  • Communicate with and coach parents on treatment procedures and child progress across all developmental domains.
  • Maintain accurate medical records and documentation of medically necessary services—including your own and your staff’s session notes—in accordance with state regulations, insurance requirements, and HIPAA standards.
Most services occur between 8:00 AM and 5:30 PM; occasional later sessions or parent-training requests may occur, including limited weekend sessions for weeks where there are excessive cancelations or holidays to ensure children receive the services they need.


Pay Structure


BCBAs participate in a scorecard-based compensation model in which billable hours are one component. Quarterly earnings increase with performance across quality metrics, client progress, capacity management, and family satisfaction.


Qualifications


  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required and Licensure in Connecticut as a Licensed Behavior Analyst required.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for working with individuals, families, and caregivers
