We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and providing direct supervision to behavior technicians. You will collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to ensure the best outcomes for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and analyze data to inform treatment decisions.
• Develop, implement, and monitor behavior intervention plans tailored to each client's needs.
• Provide training and support to behavior technicians and other staff members in implementing behavior plans.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment modifications.
• Collaborate with families to educate them on behavioral strategies and support their involvement in the treatment process.
• Stay current with research and best practices in the field of applied behavior analysis.
• Attend team meetings and participate in ongoing professional development opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.
• Current BCBA certification.
• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behavioral challenges.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Commitment to ethical practices and professional standards.
