Position Summary

Dhaka Technologies Limited Company is hiring Board Certified Behavior Analysts for a pediatric therapy client. Ten openings are available across the State of Michigan.

The client provides home-based and clinic-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services for children with autism spectrum disorder, developmental disabilities, and language delays.

Base Salary: $80,000 - $85,000

Duties

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans, behavioral support plans, and strategies.
  
• Develop new programs and perform ongoing adjustments to current programs as needed.
  
• Collaborate with the treatment team, including the director, parents, and other support network members, to review case progress.
  
• Provide training, supervision, and support for clinicians and therapists on all policies and procedures.
  
• Communicate with funding sources regarding client progress, reports, meetings, and authorizations.
  
• Maintain a caseload of billable hours in addition to supervisory duties.
  

Required Qualifications

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, or a master's degree with ABA coursework.
  
• Knowledge of ABA and Discrete Trial Training (DTT) is required.
  
• Valid driver's license and a reliable form of insured transportation.
  
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, problem-solving, and time management skills.
  
• Proficiency in written and spoken English. Fluency in a foreign language is a plus.
  
• Aptitude to engage in higher-level management functions when required.
  
• Ability to communicate routinely with team members regarding schedules and changing client needs.
