Board Certified Behavior Analyst Location: Willie Jeffries School of Excellence, Mevers School of Excellence, Berkeley Preparatory Academy Position Type: Full-Time, Exempt Reports To: SPED Coordinator Position Overview:The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) supports students, families, and school teams across BCEA schools by designing, implementing, and monitoring behavior intervention plans and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services. The BCBA collaborates with educators and ESE teams to promote positive student behavior, reduce barriers to learning, and ensure compliance with IEP/504 plans. This role enhances academic and social-emotional success for students with behavioral, developmental, or learning needs. Key Responsibilities:
