The VISTA Volunteer Engagement Specialist will focus on projects that strengthen volunteer engagement systems, community outreach efforts, and organizational capacity across BCHD programs and initiatives. The member will evaluate volunteer programs and processes, developing volunteer and outreach resources, analyze engagement data, and identify opportunities to improve volunteer recruitment, retention, and program sustainability. The member will also focus on efforts related to corporate volunteer engagement, community partnerships, sponsorship and donor engagement strategies, and the development of tools and systems that expand community involvement and strengthen long term volunteer infrastructure.
