Position SummaryThe Business Development (BD) Coordinator supports the Sales/BD and Preconstruction Department and staff under the guidance of the BD Manager with general office responsibilities, tracking sales goals, marketing, preparing bid proposals, coordinating trade shows, business development support, etc. This is a fast-paced work environment requiring strong communication skills and accountability.
Duties & Responsibilities
Help prepare proposals for Business Development teamPrepare prequalification documents and GC subcontractor information forms for Business Development teamPrepare Bid FormsDeliver bids (seldom) and record bid resultsCoordinate mass mailings and e-blast listsAttend networking events and tradeshows as neededCoordination of industry award entriesWork with Business Development and Corporate Marketing to help create and implement marketing strategiesHelp Business Development prepare for customer presentationsAssist in development of yearly marketing budgetInternal event coordinationAssist with large meeting coordination and set-upOrder and maintain all product literature and samples in the literature library & sample roomCoordinate regional marketing materials, advertisements, SWAG, etc. with Corporate Marketing DirectorUtilize Canva for marketing collateralMaintain and update the Deltek Marketing Program and Microsoft Dynamics CRMProcess Order Entries in JD EdwardsHelp prepare the quarterly division review PowerPointAssist sales with PowerPoint presentations for sales, owners, and architectsParticipate in weekly Sales & Estimating meetingsAssist with ordering/catering of local office lunches, etc.Maintain Box.net. for the regionCollaborate with other regional and national coordinators to share resourcesObtain project photos and letters of recommendation upon completion of projects

Preferred Qualifications (in addition to minimum qualifications)
Education/Experience
Bachelor's degree2 years' experience as an Administrative Assistant (preferably in Sales or Marketing)
Minimum Qualifications

High School diploma with at least 2 years experience in an administrative role
