• Pay: $18.47 - $24.00 Hourly
• Schedule: Full Time
• Department Hours: Monday - Friday: 7:30am - 5:00pm, and Saturday: 8:00am - 4:00pm

What You'll Do

• Connect with customers to schedule service appointments and promote dealership service offerings.
• Deliver a premium customer experience.
• Manage inbound and outbound calls to maximize service opportunities.
• Build long-term customer relationships through follow-up and support.
• Partner with the service team to provide a seamless customer experience from appointment scheduling to vehicle completion.

What You'll Bring

• 1+ year previous experience in customer service role.
• Comfortable handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls.
• Proficiency using dealership CRM systems.
• Organize workload and maintain productivity.
• Demonstrate accuracy, organization, and confidence using computer-based tools.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.

Total Rewards

The Hourly Pay Range for this position is $18.47 - $24.00

Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
