We are hiring a Full-Time BDC Agent to join our award-winning dealership team.

Enjoy flexible hours (mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends), with a starting pay of $15.00 per hour plus commission.

Responsibilities include providing customer assistance via phone, email, and chat, converting inquiries into appointments, maintaining inventory knowledge, following up on leads, and documenting interactions in CRM.

Qualifications include strong communication skills, attention to detail, proficiency with computer systems, and a valid driver’s license. Customer service experience is preferred but not required.
