BDC Associate - Call Center-Customer Service

Sunset Automotive Group has an immediate openings for a motivated team member in our fast growing, established Business Development Center.  In this position, you will be responding to customers who contact us for information about purchasing a vehicle.  You will be connecting by phone, email, or online chat as well as making some outgoing calls and emails to set appointments for our sales team. Previous success in a BDC Center or a related position such as a Call Center-Inside Sales-Customer Service-Marketing-Lead Conversion is required.  Strong base plus commission pay structure gives plenty of stability with excellent earning potential. Successful candidates will have ability to multi-task, be a team player, have a pleasant personality and experience working with customers over the phone.  If you are a Customer Service Specialist looking to further your career with an established and respected automotive dealership organization, join our team at Sunset Chevrolet! BDC Associate DutiesAs an Automotive BDC Representative, you will be directly responsible for monitoring and following up with potential customer leads received via internet, phone, and visits to the dealership.  Outstanding customer service skills are required. Following and maintaining relationship with former customersMonitoring and contacting internet inquiriesDetermining each customer's vehicle needs by active listeningLearning, understanding, and following call and email scriptsSetting, confirming, and following up on appointmentsPerforming surveys with customersOther duties as required(BILINGUAL CANDIDATES ALSO NEEDED)BDC Associate RequirementsAs an Automotive BDC Representative, you must embody Sunset Automotive Group's stellar community reputation of honesty, integrity and superior customer service.
