Key Responsibilities
Manage and coach a team of BDC representatives to achieve appointment, sales, and customer satisfaction goals
Oversee inbound and outbound call performance, internet leads, and CRM follow-up processes
Develop effective phone scripts, lead management strategies, and performance metrics
Collaborate with Sales Managers to ensure smooth handoff of qualified leads and appointments
Monitor daily activities, reporting, and results to ensure consistent productivity
Recruit, train, and motivate team members to maintain a high-performing department
Compensation and Growth
Earning Potential: $100k – $200k+ annually (base salary plus bonuses)
Experience Required: Prior BDC or call center management experience in the automotive industry preferred
