Mike Terry Chevrolet is looking for an experienced, motivated, results-driven BDC Manager to join our growing dealership in Refugio, Texas.

THIS IS NOT AN ENTRY-LEVEL POSITION.

We are looking for someone who knows the car business, understands dealership BDC operations, knows how to work leads, set appointments, follow up with customers, and turn opportunities into showroom traffic and sales.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

The ideal candidate has previous automotive dealership BDC, internet sales, sales management, or related dealership experience.

You must be professional, aggressive about follow-up, highly organized, dependable, and comfortable communicating with customers by phone, text, email, and online.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage and respond to incoming internet and telephone leads

Contact customers quickly and professionally

Set and confirm sales appointments

Follow up aggressively with unsold prospects and no-shows

Maintain accurate customer information and activity in the dealership CRM

Monitor lead response and appointment performance

Work closely with the sales management team

Help develop and maintain an effective follow-up process

Make sure every lead receives the attention necessary to maximize sales opportunities

Maintain excellent customer service throughout the process

Drive showroom traffic and help the dealership sell more vehicles

REQUIREMENTS

Previous automotive dealership experience strongly required

BDC or internet sales experience preferred

Management or leadership experience preferred

Strong telephone and communication skills

Strong understanding of dealership CRM and lead-management processes

Excellent follow-up and organizational skills

Professional appearance and attitude

Dependable, motivated, competitive, and results-driven

Ability to work in a fast-paced dealership environment
