Are You Ready to Lead TWO Dealerships?

We are seeking an experienced, results-driven Business Development Center (BDC) Manager to lead BDC operations across Buick GMC of North Miami and Hyundai of North Miami.

This is a unique leadership opportunity for someone who knows how to build high-performing teams, maximize lead opportunities, drive appointments, and deliver an exceptional customer experience across two dealerships.

What You'll Do:

·       Lead, coach, and motivate BDC teams across two dealership rooftops.

·       Drive appointment setting, lead conversion, sales opportunities, and customer retention.

·       Monitor CRM activity, customer follow-up, and key performance metrics.

·       Collaborate with General Managers and dealership leadership to develop strategies and achieve goals.

·       Implement consistent processes, training, and accountability across both locations.

·       Ensure an outstanding customer experience from the first interaction.

What We're Looking For:

·       Proven BDC management experience; automotive dealership experience strongly preferred.

·       Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.

·       Experience with CRM systems, internet leads, and customer engagement.

·       Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.

·       Ability to oversee operations at two dealerships while delivering measurable results.

·       Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
