Responsibilities

Lead and manage the daily operations of the BDC team, ensuring high levels of productivity and customer satisfaction.

Develop and implement strategies to generate qualified leads for the sales department.

Train, coach, and mentor BDC representatives to enhance their performance and skill development.

Monitor and analyze BDC performance metrics, providing regular reports to management.

Oversee customer follow-up processes to ensure timely and effective engagement.

Collaborate with the sales and service departments to create a seamless customer experience.


Requirements

Previous experience in a Business Development Center (BDC) or a similar customer-facing role.

Demonstrated leadership or management experience is a plus.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Proficiency with CRM software and automotive dealership management systems.

A positive attitude and a strong drive to achieve goals.

Ability to train and motivate a team effectively.
