Job Description: BDC Sales AgentLocation: Las Cruces, NM, 88005Job Summary:The Sales BDC Agent is responsible for managing incoming leads via phone, internet, and third-party platforms, as well as generating outbound follow-up activity to set appointments for the sales team. This role is key to driving customer engagement, improving conversion rates, and ensuring consistent showroom traffic. Key Responsibilities:- Respond promptly and professionally to all internet, phone, and text inquiries.
- Make a high volume of outbound calls daily (80–100+) to follow up with unsold leads, previous customers, and marketing campaigns.
- Set quality appointments for the sales department and track show rates.
- Update CRM records with accurate notes and customer information.
- Collaborate with the sales team to confirm availability and schedule customer visits.
- Maintain knowledge of current vehicle inventory, features, and promotions.
- Assist in managing dealership’s online presence and lead response times.
- Follow up with missed appointments and no-shows.
- Participate in ongoing training and product knowledge sessions.
Qualifications:- Prior customer service, call center, or BDC experience highly desirable.
- Excellent phone, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficient with computers, CRM tools, and internet-based systems.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
- Automotive experience is a plus but not required.
