BDC Sales Associate – Automotive Dealership

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused BDC (Business Development Center) Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. The BDC Sales Associate plays a crucial role in generating and managing sales leads, setting appointments, and supporting the dealership's sales objectives through effective communication and follow-up.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Responds to internet, phone, and live chat inquiries in a professional and timely manner
  2. Schedules sales appointments for interested customers with appropriate sales staff
  3. Follows up with prospective customers through phone calls, emails, and text messages
  4. Maintains detailed records of all customer interactions using CRM software
  5. Confirms upcoming appointments and communicates any changes to the sales team
  6. Assists in maintaining the lead database and ensures all information is accurate and up to date
  7. Collaborates with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience
  8. Meets and exceeds assigned performance goals and conversion metrics
  9. Participates in ongoing training and development to enhance product knowledge and communication skills

Requirements

Education and/or Experience

  1. High School Diploma or GED required
  2. Previous experience in a customer service or call center environment preferred

  6. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
