BDC Sales Associate – Keeler Toyota of Westport
Location: Westport, CT
Keeler Toyota of Westport is seeking a motivated and customer-focused BDC Sales Associate to join our growing sales team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates confidently, and is driven to achieve results.
Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming sales internet and phone inquiries while proactively pursuing customer leads
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via phone, email, and text
- Schedule appointments for the sales team and drive showroom traffic
- Maintain accurate and detailed records in the CRM system
- Collaborate with the BDC Manager and team to ensure all sales opportunities are handled efficiently
- Complete daily follow-up and organizational tasks
- Meet and exceed monthly performance goals
What We’re Looking For:
- Valid driver’s license
- 1–2 years of prior Sales or BDC experience preferred
- Self-starter who is motivated, goal-oriented, and success-driven
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities
- Team-oriented mindset with the desire to achieve both individual and team goals
