Responsibilities:
Answer all incoming sales calls and internet inquiries.
Use multiple software platforms to communicate with clients by phone, text and email
Follow up daily with prospective and current client base
Set and confirm sales appointments
Communicate effectively with customers and strive to generate repeat business
Ensures all sales targets are met or exceeded
Provides timely and accurate reports
Promotes the dealership, it’s values and its products / services on a continuous basis.
Excels in a fast-paced atmosphere
Qualifications:
Great customer service skills and motivation to successful
Previous call center, BDC or customer service experience a plus
Strong computer and phone skills
Appointment setting experience a plus
Great communication skills
Able to multi task and be a team player
Bilingual is a plus
High School graduate
