Responsibilities Include:
- Handle and respond to online base leads,
- Answer inbound phone calls as it pertains information presented on our web base platform.
- Documenting/logging customer details and comments in company base database.
- Respond to leads in a timely manner by phone/text or email etc.
- Scheduling appointments and following up with any "no show" customers.
- Maintain working knowledge of all dealership products and services
- Maintaining thorough, up-to-date knowledge of all-our products.
- Provide exceptional customer base service to all our clientele, (Walk-in, Phone, Online base).
- Maintaining contact with customers to ensure customers satisfaction.
- Provide potential customers with all promotion's details of products and services.
- Adhering to and following all company policies and procedures.
- Assist with other tasks as assigned.

Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
Experience:
- Previous experience preferred, not required
- Call Center experience preferred, not required
- Strong knowledge of the Automotive Dealership language preferred, not required.
- Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional Customer service base skills- Required.
License/Certification:
- Driver's License Required
