The company is backed by top fintech and mobility venture funds.We are looking for a BDR Manager to lead a team of Business Development Representatives (BDRs) in our Draper, Utah office, generating interest with qualified prospects using outbound tactics by positioning Coast as the leader in the industry. This role will report directly to the Director of Sales Development and work closely with Marketing, Customer Service and more!Responsibilities:Hire, train and onboard new BDRs to CoastHelp continue to develop and refine Coast's outbound sales development model and strategyHelp re-envision Coast's Sales Development hierarchy and structure, including leveling and advancement criteriaWork closely with Director of Sales Development to establish the best leadgen, automation, and measurement practices to drive effective top-of-funnel performanceDevelop processes, workflows, and incentive programs to help motivate teams and boost business performance.Develop monthly, quarterly and annual goals for teams and individuals, as well as action plans when requiredWork closely with Head of Marketing and compliance leads to refine prospect messaging and communication framework to maximize prospect engagement and conversionRequirements :4-6 years of total experience in high-growth, B2B SaaS sales organizations2+ years of people management experience in sales or marketingExperience as an SDR / BDR in a high performing B2B sales organizationExperience in sales operations and/or marketingAn excellent “Coach” with a clear history of hiring, promoting and “managing out” BDRs and other sales talentCreative problem solver with a “figure it out” mentality; keen business sense and ability to identify areas of opportunity, develop solutions, and execute with high degree of autonomyExpert-level knowledge of Salesforce general sales and marketing tech stack, including the use of software like Outreach. Zoominfo, Sales Navigator, etcStrong analytical, operational, problem solving, planning, time management, and project management foundation.Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.Strong ability to work collaboratively and independently.Compensation:Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of our total compensation package that also includes benefits, signing bonus, and equity. Pay decisions are based on a number of factors, including scope and qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, and balancing internal equity relative to other Coast employees.
