The Opportunity
This is a sales-driven role focused on moving real estate investment opportunities from pipeline to close. You will work directly with buyers including investors, flippers, and end users.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and work a pipeline of residential investment properties
Prospect, qualify, and engage buyers
Build relationships with investors and repeat buyers
Guide deals from initial contact through closing
Maintain consistent follow-up to drive deal flow
Track activity and manage pipeline effectively
Compensation
15% commission on company-owned properties
25% commission on deals where no company capital is invested
Commission-only option available with higher commission tiers
Estimated earnings:
Average performers: ~$80,000 annually
Top performers: $150,000+
Earnings are uncapped and performance-driven
Qualifications
Previous sales experience preferred (real estate a plus, not required)
Strong communication and closing skills
