Job Details
- Office open Monday - Thursday
- Average daily patient volume is 16
- Currently 2 Interventional physicians and 2 APPs
- Outreach opportunities available
Qualifications
- Will obtain a WV state medical license and DEA registration upon hire
- Completed an ACGME-accredited residency
