Job Summary:
Responsible for the cleaning of all common areas, elevators, garages…etc. for the Bear Paw Lodge Homeowners Association, which entails 4 separate buildings
Job Specifications:
+ Starting Wage: $22.00/hr - $24.69/hr
+ Employment Type: Year Round
+ Shift Type: Full Time hours available
+ Minimum Age: At least 18 years of age
+ Housing Availability: No
Job Responsibilities:
+ Follow daily cleaning schedule
+ Complete shoulder season deep cleaning projects
+ Maintain housekeeping room, organize linen and cleaning products
+ Position is bonus eligible
+ Ability to lift 50lbs
+ Must be able to communicate in English
Job Requirements:
+ 1-3 years of previous housekeeping experience preferred guest service or hospitality a plus
+ Must be able to communicate in English, bilingual a plus
+ Ability to work a flexible schedule including split shifts, nights, holidays, and weekends
+ Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
+ Must be able to stand for extended periods, up to 4 hours while consistently bending and lifting
+ Detail-oriented, self-motivating, and strong communicator, both written & verbal
+ Must be flexible, adaptable, versatile, and responsive to the needs of the housekeeping responsibilities
The expected pay range is $22.00/hr - $24.69/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
