We are seeking two dependable Grounds Maintenance Workers to assist with maintaining city right-of-ways, parking lots, government buildings, and other city properties. This role involves operating light landscaping equipment and performing general outdoor maintenance duties.
Responsibilities
Mow street right-of-ways and city properties
Maintain parking lots, government buildings, and landscaped areas
Operate light equipment including:
Riding mower
Small tractor
Weed eater
Blower
Perform general grounds and maintenance duties as assigned
Assist with scheduled maintenance of equipment
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED preferred
Some landscaping or grounds maintenance experience preferred
Experience operating light equipment
Valid driver’s license required
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
