senti senti (formerly oo35mm) a beauty and gift boutique in Chinatown, NYC and Brooklyn, NY is looking for energetic individuals to join our Beauty Advisor team. The ideal candidates must demonstrate exceptional customer service, as well as great energy, and a positive attitude. Must be passionate about skincare and makeup.
Position Type
This is a full time or part time position may lead to a managerial position for the qualified individual.
Qualifications
Prior retail sales experience and managing a store/boutique. (1 year preferred)Fluent in English. A plus if fluent in Chinese, or Korean
Requirements
Proven retail sales and customer service experience (Training will be provided)Good communication skillsPassion for customer service, selling, and products knowledgeAbility to multi task and work in a fast paced environmentFlexible schedule, ability to work both weekdays or MUST be able to weekends
Responsibilities
Sales and consultations which include providing detailed product recommendations and product informationEducating yourself on an ongoing basis about ingredients, skincare, and makeup so as to become an ever more valuable expert resource for customersMaintaining store cleanliness, adhere to visual merchandising and housekeeping standardsParticipate in inventory controlAbility to lift in excess of 40 poundsAbility to stand for long periods of time, bend, stretch, engage in repetitive motions, push, pull and carry items (tote bags, inventory etc.) for a short distanceAbility to climb a ladder and use a step stool
Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
