As a tanning and wellness associate, you will be responsible for advising customers on our amazing skincare products and providing them with the knowledge and confidence to achieve their beauty and wellness goals. Responsibilities
Advise customers on our skincare products and their benefitsAssist customers with their tanning needs while adhering to state and local recommendationsMeet daily, weekly, and monthly sales goalsMaintain a clean and organized salonHandle cash and perform daily administrative tasksTrack progress towards personal and team goalsConsult with customers in a professional and upbeat mannerProvide exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalentAt least 18 years of ageReliable transportation and flexible availability, including nights and weekendsAbility to stand, bend, and walk for long periods of timeAbility to lift up to 25 pounds without assistance
