Client Overview:
A leading beauty and skincare company is seeking a Beauty Host to create an elevated and welcoming experience for guests in a retail environment.

Salary/Hourly Rate:
$20/hr

Position Overview:
The Beauty Host will provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming, sensory-focused experience for every guest. This role will support daily store operations while building genuine customer connections and contributing to a positive, inclusive team environment.

Responsibilities of the Beauty Host:

• Greet and welcome every guest with warm, attentive hospitality.
• Create a personalized and engaging customer experience.
• Anticipate customer needs and exceed expectations.
• Support store operations, policies, and procedures.
• Take initiative to solve problems and prioritize customer needs.
• Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a positive store environment.
• Provide direction, mentorship, and encouragement to colleagues when appropriate.
• Adapt communication style to different customers and team members.
• Support sales goals and contribute to overall store success.

Education Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
