This could be the perfect opportunity for you!YOUR NEW ROLE AS A BEAUTY INSTRUCTOR AND EDUCATION SUPERVISORThis is a full-time, on-site position. In this role, you will oversee and support the daily instruction and educational development within our school. You will spend each day coaching and guiding Learning Leaders to ensure high-quality, consistent technical education is delivered in both classroom and clinic floor settings. You will collaborate with Skill Specialists to assess educational needs and develop instructional strategies, lesson plans, and specialty content. Utilizing Paul Mitchell tools, procedures, and terminology, you will contribute to meeting revenue- and budget-driven goals. Your responsibilities will require a high level of professionalism, organization, and dedication as you manage a variety of tasks including instructional leadership, staff development, technical training, and student support.REQUIREMENTS FOR A BEAUTY INSTRUCTOR AND EDUCATION SUPERVISORExperience instructing at a cosmetology school with solid work history and verifiable referencesCurrent cosmetology, barbering, esthetic, or nail and instructor licenseExcellent organization, coaching, and communication skillsProficiency in supervision, teamwork, documentation, and return on investmentGenuine passion for the beauty industryHonesty and professionalism in all interactionsFamiliarity with Paul Mitchell Schools' cultural and technical systems is preferred.ABOUT OUR FAMILYLocated right on Route 40 in Newark, Paul Mitchell The School Delaware is a lively and welcoming place for future beauty professionals from Delaware, Maryland, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania.
