This role assists with customer service, employee supervision, merchandising, inventory control, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. The ideal candidate is dependable, customer-focused, and capable of leading a team in a fast-paced retail setting. Key Responsibilities- Assist in overseeing daily store operations during weekend shifts
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns professionally
- Supervise and support sales associates to ensure productivity and teamwork
- Open and/or close the store following company procedures
- Maintain store appearance, cleanliness, and visual merchandising standards
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stocking merchandise
- Operate the POS system and handle cash transactions accurately
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and loss prevention standards
- Help train and motivate team members to meet sales and service goals
- Assist with scheduling, shift coverage, and communication between staff and management
Qualifications- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Prior supervisory or leadership experience is a plus
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Reliable transportation and consistent weekend availability
- Basic computer and cash-handling skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
