Cashier

Job Summary

The cashier will be responsible for handling cash, credit, and debit card transactions, and ensuring that customers receive accurate receipts. The cashier will also be responsible for providing excellent customer service and handling returns and exchanges.

Key Responsibilities

• Process cash, credit, and debit card transactions accurately and efficiently
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues
• Handle returns and exchanges in a timely and efficient manner
• Ensure that the cash register is balanced at the end of each shift
• Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
• Assist with inventory management and restocking as needed

Requirements

• Proven working experience as a cashier
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions accurately and efficiently
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
