Time Management: Stockers need to be efficient at replenishing stock and organizing products within a limited timeframe. Organization: A well-organized stocker can ensure that inventory systems run smoothly and products are easy to find. Basic Math Skills: Stockers may need to count products, perform inventory checks, or calculate stock levels, which requires basic arithmetic. Communication: Being able to communicate with co-workers and supervisors to report issues or share important information is crucial. Customer Service: While not typically in a customer-facing role, stockers may need to help customers with product locations or basic inquiries, requiring a friendly demeanor.
