Beauty Warehouse Associate

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient warehouse operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping and receiving processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory control processes to ensure accurate stock levels and minimize discrepancies.
• Perform heavy lifting and materials handling tasks as required for loading and unloading shipments.
• Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) for tracking inventory and processing orders.
• Assist with packaging and preparing products for shipment
• Collaborate with other employees to maintain an organized and efficient workspace.
• Participate in picking & packing orders accurately while adhering to quality control measures.
• Support the shipping & receiving department by verifying incoming and outgoing shipments against purchase orders.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience is preferred, however is not required
• Previous K-Beauty and J-Beauty knowledge preferred
• Familiarity with inventory management practices and systems is essential.
• Ability to perform tasks requiring heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) occasionally
• Proficient in using RF scanners for tracking inventory movements.
• Knowledge of packaging standards and order fulfillment processes is beneficial.
• Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational skills.

Pay

• Starting at $14-$18hr depending on qualifications and performance
