 Responsibilities:

• Lead daily operations and site performance
• Hire, train, coach, and develop team members
• Ensure excellent customer service and wash quality
• Create schedules and manage staffing levels
• Handle customer concerns and resolve issues
• Oversee cash handling, inventory, and reporting
• Coordinate equipment maintenance and repairs
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional facility

 What We're Looking For:

• Leadership or management experience
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to lead, coach, and hold a team accountable
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Weekend availability
• Ability to work outdoors and lift up to 50 pounds
