Shift: 11:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Job Summary

We are hiring responsible, customer-focused Beer Servers for a high-energy sporting event at Dumke Family Softball Stadium. Beer Servers are responsible for safely and legally serving alcoholic beverages to guests while delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced stadium environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Check valid identification to verify legal drinking age (21+)
• Serve beer and other alcoholic beverages in accordance with Utah state laws and venue policies
• Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems for cash and card transactions
• Maintain accurate pour control and follow all alcohol service guidelines
• Monitor guest behavior and refuse service when appropriate
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the beer stand or mobile beer station
• Restock beer, ice, cups, and supplies throughout the event
• Provide fast, friendly, and professional customer service during peak event times
• Follow all safety, security, and alcohol compliance regulations

Requirements

• Must be 21 years or older
• Must have a valid alcohol serving certification
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Strong attention to detail and responsible decision-making skills
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work event-based shifts (evenings/weekends/holidays)
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25-30 lbs (beer cases, kegs, supplies)

Additional Details:

• This is an outdoor event - please come prepared (water, sunscreen, etc.)
• No bags or personal items allowed inside the venue
• A meal will be provided during the shift

Transportation & Arrival:

Public transportation is strongly encouraged due to event traffic and parking limitations. Specific check-in instructions will be provided upon confirmation.
