You'll be the face of Hangar 24's craft beer experience-helping guests discover new favorites and creating a welcoming, high-energy environment. If you love craft beer, connecting with people, and creating memorable moments, this role is for you. What You'll Spend Your Time Doing
Serve beer and beverages with accuracy and enthusiasm
Educate guests on beer styles, flavors, and recommendations
Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting bar area
Open/close tabs and process transactions accurately
Monitor guest experience and ensure responsible service
Support team members to keep service running smoothly
What We're Looking For
Passion for craft beer and guest experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Responsible and attentive with alcohol service
Must meet all legal requirements for serving alcohol
Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a high-energy environment
Ability to lift up to 165 lbs (kegs, cases, bar supplies) and perform repetitive motions (pouring, reaching, bending)
Previous bartending or service experience preferred
