Sterling, MAPay: $24.00 Looking for a way to stay connected with students and continue making an impact?AlphaBEST Education provides extended day, summer, and enrichment programs that are designed to inspire and engage students while they discover and learn beyond the school day in a fun, safe environment.For those who have experience supporting students, the Site Director role offers the opportunity to lead a meaningful before and after school program that helps kids learn, grow, and thrive.We're looking for an early learning professional who:Enjoys working with children in a structured, high-energy environmentFeels confident taking the lead and running a smooth programTakes pride in delivering a high quality student and family experience Takes child safety seriously and follows procedures closelyIs flexible, reliable, and ready to jump in wherever neededIn this role, you will:Manage the day-to-day operations of the site: schedules, ratios, staffing, and documentationOversee/facilitate curriculum implementation and ensure activities meet program expectationsBuild a safe and inclusive environment aligned with licensing requirements and AlphaBEST standardsMake child safety the top priority at all timesMaintain licensing compliance, documentation, and readiness for inspectionsTrack and manage site resources, attendance, and food program requirementsSupervise and mentor your site team, providing coaching and feedback and ensuring training requirements are metRepresent AlphaBEST with professionalism at school and community eventsBuild strong relationships with families, school staff, and AlphaBEST leadership to support student successThis role is ideal for educators with experience in:Teaching or classroom leadershipSchool administration or program coordinationParaprofessional or instructional support rolesYouth programs, mentoring, or tutoringRetired educators and school professionals are encouraged to apply.Requirements:High School diploma or equivalent required; additional education preferredCPR and First Aid certification required (or ability to obtain)At least 3 years of experience in a school-age program or teaching setting preferred Demonstrated experience in team leadership and supervision preferredAbility to work in a classroom setting with regular bending and lifting (up to 25 pounds)Why Join Us?At AlphaBEST, we believe in boosting your potential.
