About the Role:
Boston's Bridge To Excellence Inc. is looking for an energetic and passionate Before & After School Sports Coach to inspire and motivate students in Boston, MA! Responsibilities:

• Plan and lead engaging before and after school sports programs for youth participants
• Supervise and ensure the safety and well-being of all students during program hours
• Teach fundamental sports skills, teamwork, and sportsmanship across a variety of activities
• Create a positive, inclusive, and encouraging environment for all skill levels
• Communicate effectively with school staff, parents, and program coordinators
• Monitor student progress and adapt activities to meet the needs of diverse learners
• Maintain equipment and ensure activity spaces are safe and organized

Requirements:

• Experience coaching, mentoring, or working with school-age youth in a sports or recreational setting
• Strong knowledge of multiple sports and age-appropriate athletic activities
• Excellent communication, leadership, and classroom management skills
• Ability to work early morning and/or afternoon hours aligned with school schedules
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Reliable, punctual, and highly motivated with a passion for youth development
• Must pass a background check in accordance with Massachusetts state requirements
