AlphaBEST Education Before and After school Group Leader ***Hiring Bonus $250.00***Monday - Friday; AM shift: 6:30 am - 8:00/8:30 am and/or PM shift 2:00/2:30 pm - 6:00 pm. Looking for a part-time role that fits around the school day?AlphaBEST Education provides extended-day, summer, and enrichment programs designed to inspire and engage students as they discover and learn beyond the school day.For those who have experience working with students, the Group Leader role offers the opportunity to shape meaningful before and after-school moments that help kids learn, grow, and thrive.In this role, you will:Lead a group of students through daily curriculum activities (World Languages, STEAM, Fitness, Maker, and Arts)Make child safety the top priority at all timesKeep the space clean and organizedHelp create an environment where kids feel supported and includedBuild strong relationships with teammates, kids, families, and school staffRequirements:High School diploma or equivalent requiredCPR and First Aid certification required (or ability to obtain)Ability to work in a classroom setting with regular bending and lifting (up to 25 pounds)Must have a minimum of 460 verifiable hours of experience with children (ages 4+)Must be 18+ years oldAbility to work a flexible schedule to meet program staffing needsProof of experience as required by CO childcare licensing regulations (verification of hours)Why Join Us?At AlphaBEST, we believe in boosting your potential.
