AlphaBEST Education: Elementary schools within the Jeffco School District (Arvada, CO 80003)Pay: $20.25-$23.25 Hours: Monday-Friday AM/PM Split shift (6:30 am-8:30 am/ 2:00 pm - 6:00 pm)Ready to lead with purpose?AlphaBEST Education provides extended-day, summer, and enrichment programs designed to inspire and engage students as they discover and learn beyond the school day in a fun, safe environment.As an AlphaBEST Site Director, you'll lead a meaningful before and after-school program that helps kids learn, grow, and thrive.We're looking for an Elementary aged professional who:Enjoys working with children in a structured, high-energy environmentFeels confident taking the lead and running a smooth programTakes pride in delivering a high-quality student and family experience Takes child safety seriously and follows procedures closelyIs flexible, reliable, and ready to jump in wherever neededIn this role, you will:Manage the day-to-day operations of the site: schedules, ratios, staffing, and documentationOversee/facilitate curriculum implementation and ensure activities meet program expectationsBuild a safe and inclusive environment aligned with licensing requirements and AlphaBEST standardsMake child safety the top priority at all timesMaintain licensing compliance, documentation, and readiness for inspectionsTrack and manage site resources, attendance, and food program requirementsSupervise and mentor your site team, providing coaching and feedback, and ensuring training requirements are metRepresent AlphaBEST with professionalism at school and community eventsBuild strong relationships with families, school staff, and AlphaBEST leadership to support student successRequirements:High School diploma or equivalent required; additional education preferredCPR and First Aid certification requiredAt least 3 years of experience in a school-age program or teaching setting preferred Demonstrated experience in team leadership and supervision preferredAbility to work in a classroom setting with regular bending and lifting (up to 25 pounds)To meet Colorado licensing requirements, you must be at least 21 years old and meet ONE of the following: *A Bachelor's degree in a related field (education, recreation, child development, etc.) *At least 2 years of college and 910+ hours of verified experience working with kids (ages 4+) *Or 3 years of verified experience + 6 college credit hours OR 40 hours of training related to school-age careWhy Join Us?This isn't just a job - it's your next step forward.At AlphaBEST, we believe in boosting your potential.
