About the Role:

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and engage students during before and after school programs.
- Drive bus to drop and pick children up from school.
- Plan and implement creative and educational activities.
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children.
- Assist with homework and encourage academic growth.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians about student progress.
- Maintain a clean and organized space for learning and play.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance program offerings.
- Participate in training and professional development opportunities.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework in education preferred.
- Previous experience working with children in a group setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create engaging lesson plans and activities.
- First Aid and CPR certification is a plus.
- Positive attitude and a passion for child development.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings and late afternoons.
- Background check clearance required.
