AlphaBEST Education - Before School Group Leader

Location: Vanguard Schools (Upper/lower location), Colorado Springs, CO 80905

Schedule: Part time! Monday-Friday, 6:30 am til start of school

Here's what you'll need:

• A minimum of 455 verifiable hours of experience with children(ages 4+) and be 18+ years old is preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet program staffing needs
• Proof of experience as required by CO childcare licensing regulations (verification of hours)

As an AlphaBEST Guide, you'll be trained to do the following:

• Lead a group of student explorers through exciting adventures in fitness, the arts, technology, and more!
• Work collaboratively with peers to ignite children's sense of wonder.
• Encourage creativity and intellectual curiosity by building on students' interests and talents.
• Provide a caring, family-oriented environment that fosters positive relationships among staff, children, and parents.
